You must provide complete and accurate information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and promptly notifying us of unauthorized use. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or rights-infringing activity.

We aim to describe products accurately, but colours and appearance can vary by device. Availability, local-stock status, fulfilment origin, pickup and delivery method vary by item and destination. A listing or cart does not guarantee stock until the order is accepted. If an item becomes unavailable, we may offer an alternative, cancel the affected item or issue an appropriate refund.

The product price, currency, shipping charge and order total shown at checkout are the controlling order-specific amounts. Prices and promotions may change before acceptance. For cross-border orders, import duties, VAT, customs or carrier-clearance fees may apply unless checkout expressly includes them. Any amount known to Nimall will be disclosed before purchase where required by law.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may verify payment, security, stock and delivery details before acceptance. Available payment methods appear at checkout. We may decline or cancel for unavailable stock, pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restriction or inability to deliver. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will initiate an appropriate refund.

Eligible UAE and Saudi Arabia orders use local or cross-border routes. Local dispatch or pickup applies only when the product, order or checkout confirms it; other items may dispatch from our China fulfilment location. The delivery method, charge and latest estimate at checkout control. The registered office, fulfilment facility, pickup point and return address may differ. Do not travel to a pickup point before receiving a ready notice.

Eligible returns may be requested within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to condition, permitted exclusions and mandatory local law. Nimall bears reasonable return costs for an accepted defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed item. Customers normally bear accepted change-of-mind return shipping unless law requires otherwise. Do not send goods without authorization.

Promotions apply only under the terms shown for the specific offer. Eligibility, minimum spend, market, products, dates and usage limits may apply. A promotion cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law and cannot be combined with another offer unless expressly stated.

Website content, branding, text, graphics, images, software and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where law permits.

We work to keep the website available and information accurate, but maintenance, network failure, carrier disruption or events outside reasonable control may occur. Nothing limits liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory rights for defective, misdescribed, undelivered or otherwise non-conforming goods. Where law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted.

Personal information is handled under our published Privacy Policy and applicable law. Payment information may also be processed by the payment provider selected at checkout.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applying in their country of residence or delivery.
