Who these terms cover
Nimall and this online store are operated by Abu Dudu General Trading FZ-L.L.C. These terms apply to use of nimall.com and eligible consumer orders placed through the website. Mandatory consumer protections are not excluded or reduced.
Use Nimall accurately and lawfully
Provide complete and accurate information when ordering or creating an account. Protect your credentials and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. The website must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or rights-infringing activity.
Descriptions and availability
We aim to describe products accurately, although colour and appearance can vary by device. A listing or cart does not guarantee stock until acceptance. If an item becomes unavailable, we may offer an alternative, cancel the affected item or initiate an appropriate refund.
Checkout is the order reference
Prices and promotions may change before acceptance. For cross-border orders, VAT, customs, import or carrier-clearance charges may apply unless checkout says they are included. Available payment methods appear at checkout. An order may be declined or cancelled for unavailable stock, a material pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restriction or inability to deliver. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will initiate an appropriate refund.
Local and cross-border routes
Eligible UAE and Saudi Arabia orders may use local or cross-border fulfilment. Pickup applies only when confirmed for the item or order; wait for a ready-for-pickup notice before travelling. Do not send a return without authorization. Nimall bears reasonable return costs for an accepted defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed item; customers normally bear accepted change-of-mind return shipping unless the law requires otherwise.
Offer terms and responsible participation
Each promotion follows its displayed eligibility, market, minimum spend, product, period, use and combination rules, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the law requires it. Reviews and uploaded content must be lawful, relevant and true to the contributor’s experience. We may moderate unlawful, misleading, abusive or irrelevant content, subject to applicable law.
Protected content and prohibited activity
Nimall branding, text, images, software and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, lawful shopping use is permitted; unauthorized copying, scraping, republication, sale, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation is not. Illegal, restricted, unsafe, counterfeit or rights-infringing goods and activity are prohibited.
Data, availability and responsibility
Personal information is handled under our published Privacy Policy and applicable law; the checkout provider may process payment information. Maintenance, networks, carriers or events beyond reasonable control can affect service. Nothing limits liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory rights for defective, misdescribed, undelivered or otherwise non-conforming goods. To the extent permitted by law, Nimall is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted.
Governing law and dispute options
These terms are governed by UAE law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence or delivery. Contact help@nimall.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. Competent courts, regulators and consumer-protection channels remain available where applicable.
The accepted-order version applies
We may update these terms for legal, operational or service changes. The version displayed when an order is accepted applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Material changes apply prospectively, and the updated date identifies the current version.
