This policy explains what cannot be offered on Nimall and what sellers must check before listing. It is a minimum standard, not an exhaustive list of every restriction that may apply in a customer’s or seller’s market.

Safe for people
Weapons, illegal drugs, recalled goods and products designed to cause serious harm are prohibited.
Regulated means reviewed
Medicines, medical devices and age-restricted goods require explicit permission and proper approval where permitted.
Markets have different rules
A product permitted in one market is not automatically permitted for sale, delivery or possession in another.

Regulated and age-restricted goods
Restricted medicines, medical devices, tobacco, nicotine, alcohol or age-restricted goods unless expressly permitted and properly approved.
Protected people, wildlife and materials
Human remains, protected wildlife, endangered-species products or unlawfully sourced materials.
Exploitative or abusive content
Hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative or otherwise unlawful content and products.
Market-prohibited products
Products whose sale, import, export, transport or possession is prohibited in the applicable market.
Seller responsibility
Check the product, then check the market.
Sellers remain responsible for understanding the product, its evidence and every market in which it may be offered. A listing should not be submitted until the required legal, safety, authenticity and market checks are complete.
Before listing
Four checks every seller must make
Confirm that sale and possession are lawful in every intended market.
Hold any required licence, registration, certification or explicit permission.
Check ingredients, warnings, instructions, language and age restrictions.
Verify import, export, transport, storage and delivery restrictions.
Listing review and enforcement
Evidence may be required.
Nimall may reject, remove or suspend a listing, or request supporting evidence, when a product presents legal, safety, authenticity or policy risk. These actions do not replace the seller’s responsibility to comply with applicable law and this policy.
