Shipping charge
For delivery to the UAE and Saudi Arabia, standard shipping is free when the order subtotal after discounts is AED 99 or more; below AED 99, shipping costs AED 10. Checkout currently charges in AED for both countries. Shipping to other countries follows the rates shown at checkout.
Delivery estimate
The displayed window is an estimate and may vary by item, route and carrier.
Order updates
Tracking or delivery updates are provided when they are available for the shipment.

Flyeagle operates its own warehouse in Dubai. The actual fulfilment location is assigned by item, available stock and destination. No general customer pickup or return-drop-off address is published.
A listed fulfilment location does not mean every item is stocked there. The location assigned to an order depends on the item, available stock and destination.

Free shipping

Additional transit or customs processing may apply. Any charge collected by Nimall must be shown at checkout; separate official charges may still be assessed where applicable.
Receiving and returns
If something is not right
Check the parcel
Compare the delivered parcel and items with your order confirmation as soon as practical.
Report an issue
For damage, missing items or an incorrect item, contact support with the order details and useful evidence.
Wait for return instructions
Do not send a return to a fulfilment location without authorization. Follow the instructions issued for the order.
