These terms govern use of www.nimall.com, operated by Abu Dudu General Trading FZ-L.L.C. Orders are subject to acceptance, available inventory, payment authorization and fraud screening.

Product prices, taxes, available payment methods, shipping charges and order-specific delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Fulfilment may be local or cross-border depending on the item and inventory. Warehouse origins and delivery times vary by item and destination.

For delivery to the UAE and Saudi Arabia, standard shipping is free when the order subtotal after discounts is AED 99 or more; below AED 99, shipping costs AED 10. Checkout currently charges in AED for both countries. Shipping to other countries follows the rates shown at checkout.

للتوصيل إلى الإمارات والسعودية، الشحن القياسي مجاني عندما يبلغ مجموع المنتجات بعد الخصومات 99 درهماً إماراتياً أو أكثر؛ وللطلبات دون 99 درهماً تكون رسوم الشحن 10 دراهم. تُحصّل المدفوعات حالياً بالدرهم الإماراتي في البلدين. تطبق على الدول الأخرى الرسوم الظاهرة عند الدفع.

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the Refund Policy and mandatory destination-country rights. Do not send returns without authorization.
