Commercial terms

Nimall does not publish a universal registration fee, zero-fee promise, commission rate, margin, payout schedule or revenue guarantee on this page. Any applicable fee, commission, service charge, settlement cycle, reserve, adjustment, tax or termination term must be stated in the accepted written agreement or Seller Center.

This page does not create a discount code, referral entitlement, commission, payout right, market territory or supplier purchase commitment.

Fulfilment, markets and currency

No named warehouse, fixed fulfilment centre, country-wide delivery time promise is created here. Product availability, fulfilment origin, shipping charge and delivery estimate depend on the accepted operating model, item, destination and checkout evidence. For delivery to the UAE and Saudi Arabia, standard shipping is free when the order subtotal after discounts is AED 99 or more; below AED 99, shipping costs AED 10. Checkout currently charges in AED for both countries. Shipping to other countries follows the rates shown at checkout.

KSA uses SAR and UAE uses AED. Market and currency eligibility must match the written agreement and the customer checkout; this page does not activate either market.

If further evidence is needed, Nimall will identify the approved review channel. No response or approval time is guaranteed.
