Fulfilment source
Depending on the product and destination, an order may be dispatched from a local partner-operated facility or through cross-border fulfilment. Nimall does not guarantee a particular warehouse, city, pickup location or dispatch origin unless it is stated for that item and confirmed at checkout or in the order confirmation.
Shipping fees and delivery estimates
For delivery to the UAE and Saudi Arabia, standard shipping is free when the order subtotal after discounts is AED 99 or more; below AED 99, shipping costs AED 10. Checkout currently charges in AED for both countries. Shipping to other countries follows the rates shown at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout depend on the item and destination. Carrier capacity, customs, public holidays, address validation and other events may affect the final delivery date.
Market and currency check
KSA orders use SAR. A UAE-specific price or campaign applies only when checkout displays the UAE market and AED. If checkout does not show the expected country and currency, do not complete the purchase and contact Nimall support.
