Shipping & Return

Shipping

UAE local fulfilment or pickup applies only when confirmed for the specific item and order. General Saudi local stock or pickup is not promised; orders may be dispatched from the UAE or China. Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch. China-origin cross-border transit is currently estimated at approximately 10–18 calendar days after dispatch; customs and other delays can extend it. The method, charge and latest estimate shown at checkout for your address control the order.

Delivery methods, charges and the latest estimate for the address are shown at checkout. Sales to Morocco are open through direct cross-border shipping. Nimall currently has no local warehouse in Morocco; expansion refers to future warehouse plans. Confirm eligibility, shipping charges and the delivery estimate for your product and address before payment.
