Nimall is operated by Abu Dudu General Trading FZ-L.L.C. We currently fulfil eligible orders to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Morocco is being prepared as a future market and will only be offered at checkout after delivery rates and return handling are active.

Fulfilment origin

The fulfilment origin depends on the product and available inventory:

• United Arab Emirates local stock: Items specifically shown as available from UAE local stock may be dispatched from a local fulfilment facility. Local pickup is available only when it is shown for the item or order and after the customer receives a ready-for-pickup notice.
• Saudi Arabia: Nimall currently has no active fulfilment warehouse or pickup service in Saudi Arabia. Current eligible KSA orders are fulfilled cross-border from the UAE or China, depending on product availability and the order confirmation.
• Cross-border stock: Eligible items may be dispatched from our UAE or China fulfilment locations, depending on product availability and destination. Morocco orders, once the market is activated, will initially be fulfilled cross-border.

An order may be split into more than one shipment when products have different fulfilment origins. The order confirmation or dispatch notification will identify each shipment.

Processing and delivery estimates

• Orders are dispatched after payment, security and stock checks are complete. The order-specific processing and delivery estimate is shown at checkout or in the order confirmation; Nimall does not publish one fixed processing promise for every item.
• For cross-border shipments from China, typical transit is approximately 10–18 calendar days after dispatch. Customs, remote-area delivery, public holidays, weather, carrier disruption or incomplete delivery details can extend this estimate.
• For verified UAE local-stock orders, the available delivery method and estimate are shown at checkout. Nimall does not promise a single fixed delivery time for every local-stock item.
• The delivery method, charge and latest estimate shown at checkout for the delivery address are the controlling order-specific terms.

If a material delay occurs, Nimall will inform the customer using the contact details supplied with the order and will preserve any cancellation or refund rights required by the law of the destination country.

Shipping charges, duties and taxes

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed before the customer completes checkout. Free shipping applies only when checkout explicitly shows a zero charge or a valid promotion. Nimall does not promise free shipping for every product or destination.

For cross-border orders, import duties, VAT, customs charges or carrier clearance fees may apply unless checkout expressly states that they are included. Any amount known to Nimall will be disclosed before purchase where required by law.

Tracking and delivery problems

Tracking information is provided after dispatch when the selected service supports tracking. Contact help@nimall.com promptly if tracking shows delivery but the order was not received, the parcel is materially delayed, or the parcel arrives damaged.

Address changes and UAE pickup

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. An address change is not guaranteed after an order has entered fulfilment.

UAE pickup is available only when it is shown for the specific order and after Nimall confirms that the order is ready for pickup. Pickup is not currently available in Saudi Arabia. A fulfilment location, registered office and authorized return address may be different places.
