How Returns Work — 4 Simple Steps

Contact us

Email help@nimall.com or order@nimall.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive your label

Once approved, we'll send a prepaid return label or arrange courier pickup at your address in UAE or KSA.

Ship it back

Pack the item in its original packaging with tags attached. Drop it off or hand it to our courier.

Get your refund

After we inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Please do not return items without prior approval.

Damages & Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can investigate and make it right at no cost to you.

GCC 14-Day Return Window

In compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law and GCC consumer regulations, customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and meets the return conditions stated above. This applies to orders delivered within the GCC region (UAE, KSA, and other Middle East countries we serve).
