Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Nimall when using our marketplace
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nimall website, mobile application and services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Nimall is operated by Qpendo Hopes Electronics Trading L.L.C, a subsidiary of Qpendo Limited, registered in Dubai, UAE. Address: Samanea Logistics, Saih Shuaib 3, Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, UAE.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to create an account or place an order. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Orders and pricing
- All prices are displayed in the currency relevant to your market (SAR, AED, EGP, etc.) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- An order is a binding offer; it becomes a contract only when we confirm acceptance.
- We may decline or cancel an order due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud.
- Promotional codes have specific terms and may not be combined unless stated.
5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, MADA, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara installment plans, and cash on delivery (in selected markets). All payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant partners.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times depend on destination and product availability. Expected delivery windows are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier hands over the package.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. In summary: most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if in original condition. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
8. Acceptable use
When using Nimall, you agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Use the service for fraudulent or harmful activity.
- Scrape, copy or resell content without our written consent.
- Interfere with the security or functioning of the service.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
9. Intellectual property
All content on Nimall (logos, designs, text, images) is owned by Nimall or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

تحكم شروط الخدمة هذه («الشروط») وصولك إلى موقع Nimall وتطبيقه وخدماته واستخدامك لها. بإنشائك حسابًا أو تقديمك طلبًا، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

2. الأهلية

3. الحساب

- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على كلمة المرور بأمان وسرية.
- أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك.
- أبلغنا فورًا إذا اشتبهت في استخدام حسابك دون إذن.
4. الطلبات والأسعار
- تُعرض جميع الأسعار بالعملة الخاصة بسوقك (ريال سعودي، درهم، جنيه، إلخ) وتشمل الضرائب المطبّقة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
- يُعدّ الطلب عرضًا مُلزمًا؛ ويصبح عقدًا فقط عند تأكيدنا قبوله.
- قد نرفض الطلب أو نُلغيه بسبب مشاكل المخزون أو فشل الدفع أو الاشتباه بالاحتيال.
- للأكواد الترويجية شروط محددة، ولا يجوز دمجها ما لم يُذكر ذلك.
5. الدفع
نقبل Visa وMastercard وMADA وApple Pay وخطط التقسيط Tabby وTamara، والدفع عند الاستلام (في أسواق محددة). تتم معالجة جميع المدفوعات عبر شركاء معتمدين بمعيار PCI-DSS.
6. الشحن والتوصيل
تعتمد أوقات التوصيل على الوجهة وتوافر المنتج. تظهر الأوقات المتوقعة عند الدفع. تنتقل مسؤولية فقدان الشحنة إليك بمجرد تسليمها لشركة الشحن.
7. الإرجاع والاسترداد
يخضع الإرجاع لسياسة الاسترداد والإرجاع الخاصة بنا. باختصار: يمكن إرجاع معظم المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من التسليم إذا كانت بحالتها الأصلية. تُعالج المبالغ المستردة خلال 7–14 يوم عمل بعد استلامنا للمنتج.
8. الاستخدام المقبول
عند استخدامك Nimall، توافق على عدم:
- انتهاك أي قوانين معمول بها أو حقوق طرف ثالث.
- استخدام الخدمة لأنشطة احتيالية أو ضارة.
- نسخ أو سحب أو إعادة بيع المحتوى دون إذن خطي منّا.
- التشويش على أمان الخدمة أو على عملها.
- انتحال شخصية أي فرد أو جهة.
9. الملكية الفكرية
جميع محتويات Nimall (الشعارات والتصميمات والنصوص والصور) ملك لـ Nimall أو مرخّصة لنا. لا يجوز نسخها أو توزيعها أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منها دون إذن.
10. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، Nimall غير مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية. مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة محدودة بمبلغ ما دفعته للطلب المعني.
11. القانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. تخضع أي نزاعات للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم دبي بالإمارات.
12. تعديلات الشروط
قد نُعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. تسري التعديلات فور نشرها. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة يُعدّ موافقة منك.
