Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 August 2026
1. Operator and scope
This website and the Nimall online store are operated by Abu Dudu General Trading FZ-L.L.C. (“Nimall”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms apply to use of www.nimall.com and to eligible consumer orders placed through the website. Mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable to the customer’s order are not excluded or reduced by these Terms.
2. Business information
Legal entity: Abu Dudu General Trading FZ-L.L.C.
Registered office: A2-709B, A2 Building, Al Hamra Industrial Free Zone, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
Customer support: help@nimall.com
Website: www.nimall.com
3. Store use and account information
You must provide complete and accurate information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for promptly notifying us of unauthorized use. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or rights-infringing activity.
4. Products and availability
We aim to describe products accurately, but colours and appearance can vary by device. Product availability, local-stock status, fulfilment origin, pickup availability and delivery method vary by item and destination. A listing or cart does not guarantee stock until the order is accepted. If a product becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative, cancel the affected item or issue an appropriate refund.
5. Prices, currencies, taxes and duties
The product price, currency, shipping charge and order total shown at checkout are the controlling order-specific amounts. Prices and promotions may change before an order is accepted. For cross-border orders, import duties, VAT, customs charges or carrier clearance fees may apply unless checkout expressly states that they are included. Any amount known to Nimall will be disclosed before purchase where required by law.
6. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may verify payment, security, stock and delivery details before accepting it. Payment methods available for the order are shown at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable stock, pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restriction or inability to deliver. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will initiate an appropriate refund.
7. Shipping, local fulfilment and pickup
We currently fulfil eligible orders to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia through local and cross-border routes. Eligible local-stock items may be dispatched locally or offered for pickup only when the product, order or checkout confirms that option. Other items may be dispatched from our China fulfilment location. The delivery method, charge and latest estimate shown at checkout are the controlling order-specific terms. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
The registered office, fulfilment facility, pickup location and authorized return address may be different places. Do not travel to a pickup location until a ready-for-pickup notice has been issued.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to product condition, permitted exclusions and mandatory local law. Nimall bears reasonable return costs for an accepted return caused by a defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed item. Customers normally bear accepted change-of-mind return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. Do not send goods without authorization. Full details are in our Refund and Return Policy.
9. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions apply only according to the terms shown for the specific offer. Eligibility, minimum spend, market, product, period and usage limits may apply. A promotion cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law and may not be combined with another offer unless expressly stated.
10. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, text, graphics, images, software and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where applicable law permits.
11. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, image or other content, you confirm that it is lawful, accurate to your experience and does not infringe another person’s rights. We may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading, abusive or irrelevant content, subject to applicable law.
12. Prohibited products and uses
You may not use Nimall to purchase, sell, transmit or promote illegal, restricted, unsafe, counterfeit or rights-infringing goods or activity. Additional marketplace restrictions are described in our published prohibited-product information.
13. Service availability and liability
We work to keep the website available and information accurate, but temporary maintenance, network failure, carrier disruption or events outside reasonable control may occur. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory rights relating to defective, misdescribed, undelivered or otherwise non-conforming goods. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted.
14. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our published Privacy Policy and applicable law. Payment information may also be processed by the payment provider selected at checkout.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence or delivery. Please contact help@nimall.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. Customers may also use competent courts, regulators or consumer-protection channels available under applicable law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, operational or service changes. The version displayed when an order is accepted applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Material changes apply prospectively and the “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
