Dual monitor desk mount: check compatibility before ordering

A desk mount for two computer monitors. The existing listing describes height adjustment, full-motion positioning, a gas-spring mechanism, and clamp or grommet installation. Confirm the supplied model and its installation manual before ordering; model-specific dimensions and limits are not established on this page.

Will it fit both of my monitors?

Check each monitor’s rear VESA mounting-hole spacing, weight without its original stand, and screen size against the manual for the supplied mount. Screen size alone does not establish compatibility. Ask for the supported VESA patterns and weight range per arm before ordering.

Can I attach it to my desk?

The listing describes clamp and grommet mounting. Measure the desktop thickness, edge clearance and, for grommet mounting, the hole dimensions. Ask for the supported desk dimensions and attachment method. Do not assume a glass, hollow or fragile desktop can safely support the mount; consult the desk and mount manufacturers.

Can each screen move independently?

The listing describes adjustable height and full-motion arms. Exact tilt, swivel, rotation and extension limits need confirmation for the supplied model. Check the clearance behind the desk and the space required for both screens.

Are screws and installation tools included?

The previous installation text mentions a wrench, but a complete verified packing list is not available on this page. Confirm the included clamp or grommet fittings, VESA screws, spacers and tools. Use the supplied model’s manual and do not adjust the arms before completing the required installation.

What should I check for an order to Dubai or Riyadh?

Confirm the compatible model first, then review the selected option, current price, availability, delivery method and address-specific charge at checkout. The option names “FOB” and “Retail” do not by themselves explain monitor compatibility or mounting-kit contents; ask help@nimall.com to clarify before selecting.

What if I need to request a return?

Website orders follow Nimall’s current return policy, including eligibility, condition, exclusions and any return costs. Contact help@nimall.com before sending an item back. This listing does not promise an unconditional refund or a free return label.
