Shipping and Delivery Policy

Nimall is operated by Abu Dudu General Trading FZ-L.L.C. This policy applies to eligible orders placed on www.nimall.com for delivery to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

Order origin and availability

• UAE local stock: Local fulfilment or pickup is available only when the product page, order confirmation or checkout specifically confirms it for that item and order.
• Saudi Arabia: Nimall does not currently promise general local KSA stock or general local pickup. Orders may be fulfilled from the UAE or China according to the item and available inventory.
• Cross-border orders: Products not confirmed as local stock may be dispatched from China or another disclosed fulfilment origin.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch. For China-origin cross-border orders, the current estimated transit time is approximately 10–18 calendar days after dispatch. Customs clearance, remote-area delivery, public holidays, weather, carrier disruption or incomplete delivery details can extend this estimate.

For confirmed local-stock orders, the available method and estimate are shown at checkout. The delivery method, charge and latest estimate shown at checkout for the delivery address are the controlling order-specific terms.

Shipping charges, duties and taxes

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed before purchase. Free shipping applies only when checkout shows a zero charge or a valid promotion. For cross-border orders, import duties, VAT, customs charges or carrier clearance fees may apply unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

Tracking, address changes and pickup

Tracking is provided after dispatch when supported by the selected service. Customers must provide a complete address and phone number. Address changes are not guaranteed after fulfilment begins. Do not travel to a fulfilment location until Nimall confirms that the specific order is ready for pickup.
